Abstract: 

The lack of Quranic approaches in the production of Quran-based humanities is still felt, despite the predominance of the philosophical approach in critical approaches to modern humanities, which has become very common in the Islamic world and in Iran for several decades. It seems that the Capacity of the method of thematic exegesis (al-Tafsīr al-mawdū'ī, Arabic: التفسیر الموضوعیّ) in this regard, can be used to bring the Holy Quran into the field of humanities. Thematic exegesis, according to whether its subject is inside or outside the Qur'an, has several functions in criticizing the structure of modern knowledge and scientific research, as well as the production of Islamic humanities. It is possible to make use of thematic exegesis of the inside of the Holy Book of Quran in order to “fundamental criticism” of the general fundamentals of humanities -the fundamentals of epistemology, axiology, ontology and anthropology- and it is also possible to use thematic exegesis for constructing and producing foundation of humanities obtained from the Holy Quran. It is used by thematic interpretation exegesis of the outside of the Holy Book of Quran -such as Shahīd (martyr) Sadr’s interrogational approach- to answer the problems of humanities and this process faces challenges such as the complexity and multiplicity of the “subject” of the humanities that exist in modern terminology of this field. It can be used in order to solve this issue in some cases to know the process of the change of the components of the modern of the conceptual history’s approach and also by analyzing the issue into several components can be shown that the components are not necessarily a product of the modern era and can be followed up in the Holy Quran and can be found up in the Holy Quran. The perspective of the Holy Quran, after that, regarding the modern subject in the desired field by the “combining” of the results obtained based on the thematic interpretation.

Abstract: 

AbstractPurpose: The velocity of change in the surrounding world has forced them to identify those factors which impact their change Capacity. The present study was conducted to identify and prioritize influential factors on organizational change Capacity.Methodology: In terms of purpose, this was explorative and applied research. Its population included ten familiar experts with research subjects in a research and training center. By reviewing the literature on change Capacity, relevant, influential factors were identified, and they were concurred by the fuzzy Delphi technique, and then they were ranked. After recognizing influential factors, a pair comparisons questionnaire was distributed among ten experts, and after gathering the questionnaires, effecting factors were ranked using the Expert Choice11 Software package and AHP technique.Findings: Results show that organizational culture, structure, and style of leadership were the main factors that impacted change Capacity.Conclusion: The influential factors can be divided into three categories: environmental, content, and structural elements. Environmental factors include environment and innovation; content factors include team working, intellectual capital, leadership, political behavior, and human resource management; Structural elements include strategy, structure, organizational policies, information technology, knowledge management, and technology. Value: This is the first time in the literature that the influential variables affecting the change Capacity were recognized and categorized in a conceptual classification that has not been seen in the previous research.

Abstract: 

Purpose: The flourishing of political parties and currents is one of the signs of the degree of development in societies. In contemporary Iran and since the formation of the constitutional movement, political currents have gone through many ups and downs and it can be said that political currents in Iran after the Islamic Revolution have not yet reached the stage of institutionalization and stability. A characteristic feature of political currents in Iran is the divergence and division among political currents in recent decades, and this can be one of the reasons for the instability and cross-sectional and seasonal activity of political parties in Iran. Therefore, the necessity of leading research seeks to answer the question of how factors and divergence among political currents in Iran after the victory of the Islamic Revolution can be analyzed? And what are the scenarios for the advancement of political currents in Iran?Method: To answer this question, the method of causal-layer Analysis, which is one of the qualitative methods in futures research, has been used.Findings: The research findings indicate that this divergence is due to a wide range of reasons from the level of causal systems (from the institutionalization of power to the formation of parties as elitist initiatives), worldview and discourse (from charismatic political authority to culture). Subsidiary-follower politics to myth-metaphor (Iranian individualism to belief in a strong state-weak society) can be analyzed.Conclusions: Three scenarios for the future of Iranian political currents can be considered: integration of currents as the security valve of the political system, the collapse of political currents in the traditional form, integration and consolidation in new social movements (virtualized parties).

Abstract: 

In this research the Discrete Element Method is employed to determine the seismic three dimensional bearing Capacity of rectangular foundations. A rigid but moving slip body resting on its base is assumed to define the failure mechanism under the footing. A soil mass enclosed in a three dimensional space with assumed failure surfaces is considered as several discrete blocks connected with Winkler springs. The geometry of the failure surface under the foundation is not fixed and can be altered due to all of the factors affecting the problem. This geometry is determined by six independent angles. The seismic loading can be applied to the soil mass, soil surcharge and foundation loading in a pseudo-static manner. This paper includes the derivation of 3D DEM formulation in a three dimensional state, and several examples solved by means of a developed DEM program to explain the capability of the method and to compare the results with the other methods.

Abstract: 

Modeling and simulation are essential tools for the design and Analysis of container terminals. A computer model can emulate the activities at various levels of details and capture the essential interactions among the subsystems. Analysis based on the simulation is particularly useful for designing new terminals, making modifications to existing terminals, and evaluating the benefits of new resources or impacts of operation policies.We present a scalable tool that integrates all the activities of a terminal. The system incorporates methods to generate realistic vessel arrival patterns and can track the moves of millions of containers from their arrival to departure. The simulation system is applied to analyze three container terminals in this region, and it was found to be effective in replicating realistic operations as well as in conducting Capacity evaluations.

Abstract: 

In this paper, information-theoretic Analysis of spread spectrum watermarking (SSW) is performed. The Analysis is focused on deriving channel Capacity of SSW system in order to determine the most embedding rate with the highest robustness. Channel Capacity is calculated for three cases when the watermark channel introduces no attack, the additive noise attack and the de-synchronization attack. The analyses in this paper are based on the practical aspects and the embedding and detecting strategy of SSW. In each section, first the channel Capacity of SSW is calculated and then all the effective parameters on channel Capacity are examined.

Abstract: 

Recognition and understanding the genetic control of traits, combining ability and genetic structure are directly related to the success of breeding programs. For this purpose, a 7 × 7 one-way diallel design was conducted in a randomized complete block design with three replications. The measured traits were included plant height, height to the first capsule, number of days to 50% and 90% of flowering, number of capsules per plant, number of seeds per capsule, number of days to physiological ripening, number of branches, leaves number and length, 1000-seeds weight, capsule weight, length and width, chlorophyll a, b and total chlorophyll, biological andeconomic yields, harvest index, oil and protein percentage. Analysis of variance showed that there was a significant difference between genotypes and diallel Analysis showed that the additive variance of all traits and dominant variance of all traits except height to the first fruit-bearing capsule were significant. The oltan cultivar was the best and Ardestan genotype was the worst genotype in terms of general combining ability. Sabzevar×TS-3 and Sirjan×Fars were the best hybrids in most traits. The general heritability was between 0.90 to 0.96 for biologic yield and number of branches, respectively and narrow heritability was between 0.36 to 0.91 for the number of branches and harvest index, respectively. The Analysis of variance by Hayman method confirmed the results of Griffing Analysis.
